![]() ![]() Employee must exhibit personal hygiene and follow the health guidelines set forth by the company and the state while processing patient medicine. ![]() Must be able to adapt quickly to changes in policy, procedure and technique.Filling and packaging products for delivery.Loading and unloading items from machines, carts, and dollies.Managing time efficiently in order to meet goals set while consistently producing quality product.Exhibiting competency in medium to advanced organizational skills, communication skills and windows based operating software.Conducting on-going assessment of quality control and operational procedures making recommendations for improvements.Responsible for employee reviews, acknowledgment, and disciplinary actions with support of Director of Operations.Cross training employees as necessary so that there is coverage for positions during vacations and/or sicknesses Training, developing, motivating, rewarding, and disciplining assigned staff ensuring staff follow safety guidelines and procedures.Acting as a leader who communicates with line staff and operators regarding issues such as scheduling, daily performance, production and personnel problems, overtime, and quality issues.Managing and participating in set-up, sanitation, operation, and routine maintenance of production lines and supporting equipment/systems.Managing all production staff within packaging department.Managing the packaging process of infused and plant material into proper containers with proper labeling to ensure compliance with state regulations.The manager will also have some responsibility for overseeing tracking products electronically on the company's software system to ensure compliance with state laws and program regulations. The Packaging Manager is also responsible for managaing a perpetually clean workspace to provide a sterile environment for production of medical products. In this role, maintaining accuracy in weighing product, fulfilling product, labelling, and inventory is paramount. The Packaging Manager is responsible for managing the packaging department which would oversee the packaging process for plant material and infused products. ![]()
